Questions buyers ask first

01 — Ordering

What is the minimum order quantity?

10 m² per order. There is no container minimum, so a single project, a trial run or a first order is possible. Below that quantity we can still quote, but the order would be handled as a sample rather than a production run.

How long does production take?

20 days for orders up to 100 m². Larger volumes are scheduled individually and the date is confirmed on the order acknowledgement, because they depend on profile stock and the glazing mix at the time of ordering.

How do I pay?

By T/T bank transfer. From USD 5,000 the order can be split into deposit and balance; below that the order is settled in a single payment. The exact split is set out in the offer.

What warranty do you give?

Two years, stated on the quotation and on the order confirmation. The warranty terms that apply to your order are the ones written on those documents, not a general statement on this page.

Can I order a trial quantity before committing?

The 10 m² minimum exists so that you can. A trial order is quoted and produced like any other order, and its freight and payment terms are set out in the offer.

Why are there no prices on this site?

Because a window is priced from its drawings. Profile series, glass build-up, size, hardware, colour and quantity move the number far more than any published list could capture. Send drawings or a schedule and you get a real figure instead of a range.

02 — Product and specification

Which series do you manufacture?

Six aluminium system-window series (SERIES 70, 87, 88, 93, 100 and 120), two aluminium-clad wood series (SERIES 90 and 102), two sunroom systems (YUTING and MUSUO), and five sliding and vertical systems. Each series has its own page with its datasheet and section drawing.

What profiles, glass and hardware do you use?

Multi-chamber thermal-break aluminium with PA66-GF25 polyamide barriers — 1.5 mm wall on SERIES 70 and 1.8 mm from SERIES 87 upward. Glazing is double or triple insulating units depending on series. Hardware is concealed Roto or CMECH with Hoppe handles on the higher series.

Can you build to my drawings and my brand?

Yes — that is the whole model. You supply the drawings, the specification and the brand; we manufacture to them. Your tooling, profiles and drawings stay yours, and we will sign a confidentiality agreement before you share files.

Where is the factory, and can I audit it?

Yantai, Shandong, China — 36,000 m², manufacturing since 1999, 120,000 m² a year. Buyers and their third-party inspectors are welcome on site, and we will walk a video call through the line if travelling is not practical.

03 — Certification and compliance

Do you hold CE marking or a Declaration of Performance?

No. Huacai does not hold CE marking, a DoP, UKCA, NFRC or ISO 9001 as the party placing these products on the market, and this site does not claim otherwise. Under the OEM model, the buyer who places the product on the EU market under their own brand is the manufacturer for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2024/3110, and issues the Declaration of Performance.

Then how can I place a certified product on the market?

The product still needs to comply, but the evidence does not have to come from us alone: your Declaration of Performance rests on a type-test of the system plus factory production control. We supply the production-control records, change notification, batch and serial traceability, and samples for testing that your technical file needs. How far that goes is agreed before the first order.

Can you supply test reports?

We can supply the component-level evidence that feeds a U-value calculation — profile Uf from the profile supplier, Ug from the glass maker, and the spacer psi value — together with a third-party EN ISO 10077-1 calculation report. Air, water and wind resistance have to be tested on a sample of the finished product, and we support that submission. What we cannot do is hand over a certificate we do not hold.
