Home / Contract Manufacturing
Contract manufacturing of aluminum system windows, aluminum-clad wood windows and sunrooms for European importers, fabricators, system houses and private-label brands — built to your drawings and your specification in Yantai, China.
We are a contract manufacturer, not a competing brand. Our customers are the companies that own the design, the specification and the customer relationship: European importers, window fabricators, system houses and private-label brands.
In practice that means your drawings and your specification are the brief. We quote to them, produce to them and inspect against them. Where you already have a window schedule, elevations and a component list, we work from those documents. Where you have only a concept, we develop it with you before either side commits to a price.
We are comfortable being the factory that is not named on the product. What we ask for is a clear specification and a decision-maker — not a logo on the frame.

If you hold the profile tooling, we build to your sections. If you do not, we build on our own systems — both routes go through the same line and the same inspection regime.

sliding systemsProfile sections, glazing build-ups and hardware details for every series are published on the products page — eight of them carry a cross-section drawing and a specification table. Buyers evaluating a profile specification will find the drawing sequence described in our thermal-break checklist.
No order goes into volume production without an approved first article. These are the four points at which you can stop, change or approve.
Send the drawings, window schedule, elevations or a component list. We return a technical review: profile, glazing build-up, hardware, tolerances, and every point that needs a decision from you before we can quote.
A complete unit is built and sent for your approval before any serial work starts. This is the cheapest place in the whole programme to discover a misread drawing — and the step most often skipped when buyers are in a hurry.
A small batch confirms process settings, finish and packing against the approved sample, so the first container is not also the first experiment.
Released only after the first article is signed off. Every batch carries its own inspection record, and changes to the approved specification require your written approval.
The nine production steps behind those gates — profile cutting, thermal break, corner assembly, sealant, sealing, frame assembly, hardware, final inspection and packing — are all carried out in-house. A photograph-by-photograph walkthrough is in Inside our 9-step window manufacturing line.
If you place the finished window on your market under your own name, the compliance documents are yours. What you need from the factory is evidence — and that is the part we can carry for you.
We run a full factory production control system covering incoming material, in-process checks and final inspection. The records behind it can be supplied to you, so the units you receive can be shown to match the sample your test report was issued against.
We notify you in writing before changing material, profile, hardware or process parameters on your order. No substitution is made without your approval — a silent change is the fastest way to invalidate documentation you hold.
Every order is traceable end to end: order → profile, glass and hardware batch numbers → inspection records. Records are retained and can travel with the shipment.
We build samples consistent with serial production, so your testing is carried out on what you will actually receive, and ship them to whichever laboratory or test body you nominate.
You, your engineers or your nominated inspector are welcome at the Yantai plant — before the order, during the pilot run, or at final inspection. Visitors see the line, not a meeting room.
We do not claim approvals we do not hold. Where a declaration, mark or test report is required for your market, it is issued in your name and on your documents — our job is to supply the evidence behind it. The due-diligence sequence a buyer should run on any new supplier is set out in our 12-point supplier verification checklist.

Our windows are installed across China — higher-education campuses, municipal buildings and power-sector facilities. These are domestic projects, and we present them as evidence of production capacity and delivery discipline rather than as export references. The evidence we can be audited against today is the manufacturing record: drawings, process control records and access to the line.
More about the factoryThe four questions every buyer asks first, answered here rather than three emails later.
Prices, freight and delivery terms are confirmed in the offer for each project. Certification and Declaration of Performance responsibility sits with the buyer under the OEM model — see the compliance section above.
