ALUMINUM-CLAD WOOD
Two aluminum-clad wood series: solid red oak inside, powder-coated aluminium outside.
The timber is finger-jointed, de-resined and kiln-dried for 45 days to 8–12% moisture before machining, then finished with five coats of German water-based lacquer. Series 90 uses surface-mounted German Roto hardware and opens to 180°; Series 102 is the flush frame-and-sash version with a fully concealed hardware package. The aluminium skin carries the weather, so the exterior never needs repainting.
